DFB Laser Diode Chips

GLSUN designs and manufactures 2.5Gbps, 10Gbps, and 25Gbps distributed feedback (DFB) laser diode chips for fiber optic transceivers, PON, access, optical Ethernet, SDH, 5G, and data center applications.

GLSUN uncooled 2.5G DFB laser diode chips are available in wavelengths 1270nm, 1310nm 1490nm, and 1550nm. GLSUN 10G DFB LD Chips are available in wavelengths from 1270nm to 1370nm. The GLSUN 25G DFB LD chip has a wavelength range from 1270nm to 1330nm.
