fiber. It can check optical fiber trouble point which OTDR can't
find ( characteristic of the breakpoint ,the beginning and the
end) and area of high loss caused by bending. For example, optic
fiber jumper, tail fine, terminal box of optic fiber core line
or bare optical fiber ,etc..
